HOW do i make a gm in xml plz help me

Data>Players>Your GM name>Open it in notepad
then look for Access: 0

change it to like
Access: 5

i have a 8.31 server

1.goto localhost
2.click on ur database
3.go on accounts and select the acc u want to make gm
4.set group id to 3 and account type to 4
5.then go to players folder and click on ur acc rename it to Gm ur name and then click go and make sure u gota change the group id to 3

I don't think there are any 8.31 XML servers as you are suggesting. Are you suer you don't mean SQL? If so, what kind of SQL? MySQL or SQLite?
