Help Server Keeps Crashing

I am running the Crying Damson Ot App and everytime i start it up i get the following message

and this is another error message i get before it crashes

I think you should just reset your database..
Else you might have done something wrong at your config, check it =).

For this
TSYS_SQLITE3_PREPARE(): SQLITE ERROR: no such table: z_ots_comunication (SELECT * FROM z_ots_comunication WHERE "type" = 'login'
it will be fixed once u install site /shop system

install "GESIOR AAC" to create this table, or you can do it by yourself
