Help with exhaust! :(

Hello, as the title says i need help with the exhaust on server.
My problem is: when people use manarune they get exhausted for a little while so they cant use etc exura sio + manarune at the same time. Anyone got a solution on this one?

I want them to be able to use manarune + healspell at the same time etc without exhaust problems.
Since many of my players complained about this i want it fixed asap

May it have something so do with this?
timeBetweenActions = 100
timeBetweenExActions = 400

This kills the server. No but you will be able to use actions without any delay (50 ms) on at least direct use-actions, but perhaps it doesn't matter that much.

But he wants to use to diffrent things at the same time.But yes it's true,it shouldn't be lower than 100 ms.
