Help with Gesior on step 4

Okay i'm trying instal the Gesior Account Maker for my TFS 0.2.5 and as i follow the installation steps on step 4 i get an error saying this:

if anyone can help me out it will be greatly appreciated

Accmaker must be compatible with version of tfs. Did you check it?

Go to your xampp config and look at line "509" and what's written there

STEP 4

Add samples to DB:
News ticker sample is already in database. New sample is not needed.
