In the public subversion, is 0.3b3 better than the 0.3.6? Does the 0.3.b3 have included the updates of all the 0.3s?
Also, what is currently the most up-to-date and stablest distribution available to the public?
Finally, what is the 0.2pl23 all about and how does it vary from the 0.3.b3?
