Help with Shopsystem

When I click on Shop Offers this comming up:
Fatal error: Call to a member function fetch() on a non-object in C:\xampp\htdocs\shopsystem.php on line 59


And this on Buy Points:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare save_trans() (previously declared in C:\xampp\htdocs\buypoints.php:33) in C:\xampp\htdocs\buypoints.php on line 349


I wonder if anyone can help me?
