Usually for first 12 hours on Knights you get 45/45 ish, so I'd imagine for Paladins around 51/45

This is what Wiki says "2 mana points every 2 sec" and I get 2 mana points every 2 sec and 4 mana points every 4 sec... weird? I don't wear any soft boots/ring
