How can I add new items from newest version on map editor and how to add items to market on Sabrehaven?

Any chance anyone could show me how to add new walls/sqm to the sabrehaven map editor?

Also, how to add custom items to Depot Market?

If there are any guides already written or any kind of help would be very much appreciated

edit and add manually inside marketprotocol.lua on the market module of client
