Hello, are there any specific TFS settings for Retro Hardcore PvP?
What code links would I have to provide for you to verify?
 
Retro Hardcore PvP is the thing we know as pvp enforced in ots, there is no need of additional code

RedSkull - is normally charged?
BlackSkull - it's off?

timeToDecreaseFrags = 4 * 60 * 60 * 1000
whiteSkullTime = 7 * 60 * 1000

whiteSkull - only is it turned on?

experienceByKillingPlayers = false - need to turn on?
expFromPlayersLevelRange = 75 - set the experience for the players?

Rules: Retro Open PvP system without skulls.
The system essentially differs from that on the Retro Open PvP worlds in that there will be no skull system on the Retro-Hardcore worlds. For players, this means that they will be able to kill others without restriction. Moreover, there will be no fair fight rules, and there will also be no Twist of Fate blessing or colored PvP frames.

Reward: experience for killing the player.
As an incentive to fight in Retro Hardcore PvP worlds, players will receive experience for earning a frag:

- You will get experience points if you kill a player whose level multiplied by 1.1 and rounded down to the nearest integer is higher than your level - for example, a player with level 40 will have to kill a player with level 38 to gain experience.

The amount of experience gained will be limited:

- The amount of experience For characters level 50 and above, the maximum amount of experience you can earn will be 200% of your own experience points.

- Below level 50, the maximum amount of experience you can gain will be limited to 25% of your own experience points.

- Only the first five frags you earn during the server cycle (usually save-for-save) will give you experience. Moreover, the amount of experience received for each subsequent killing of the same player will be reduced by 10%.

you can always host a beta of some 1/1 war (or accounts with characters that don't save) and make some polls (or just ask the players)
