Compiling How to block parcel to rookers

I have my town id 7, its rookgaard, i want use depot in rook cause my ot will be nice suport to rook, nice events, edits and is better use dp than players use banks (better to server and to players)

My question is:
Where i change to block parcel to rookers (vocation 0,13,14) or town rookgaard (town id: 7)

I have my sources 3884, 0.4
A experience member could help me? I think others people will use it too xD

At config.lua there's a way to block townids' mailboxes and parcels :v

It's just change mailboxDisabledTowns = "7"??
