Solved How to change level req for items

I'm just curious how I change the level requirement on certain weapons.

Ex.16:31 You see a bow (Range:6, Atk +15, Hit% +10).
It can only be wielded properly by paladins of level 70 or higher.
It weighs 44.00 oz.

How can i make that not level 70 req?
