wondering how to make a website using sqlite if its possible?

Edit i can only find mysql tutorials on how to make a website but not any sqlite ...

Haha bogart, you are very wrong.. You can make a website with sqlite, Just NOT a RL Tibia looking website it will be kinda crappy.. To be honest with you :/
