How to open items.otb from Markox999 sprites (15.x to 8.6)

Any ideas how to open items.otb from that sprites?

Im using ItemEditor 0.5 and
When i not make any change in Plugin folder, i got error:

could not find a plugin that could handle client version 64

When i change in PluginTwo otbversion from 20 to 64 (same like in RME folder) then i have it:

If someone have same problem then u must check a "Frame Durations" in ItemEditor preferences
