How to put images in the shop offer?

In the directory xampp\htdocs\item_images\ there is a file called HOWtoADDpictures.txt that said that you must put the images like this "<id>.jpg". Well, I put the images there but in the web there is no image.

Download this file got some images in it like 50 images
item images.rar

Than you go to your phpmyadmin and go to shop offers
and press "lägg till" or "add"
and id= The number of the picture
points= How many points its gona cost
itemid1= wich id number the item got
count1= how many of the item u gona get by buying it
itemid2= let it be 0
count2= let it be 0
offer_type= write "item"
offer_description= Buy 1x donator rod! or somthing
offer_name= 1x donator rod

after u press "kör" or "go"
