why i programmmer would to that for an staff position if he can do it by himself if he would want to hahah

I think is better for you to show your needs and how much you intent to pay to solve your requests.

Seems childish you request a coder to know a lot of stuffs to solve all your problems not even saying what they are, and talk none about how much you are willing to pay for them.
