I need prices for creating a custom client

I am searching for someone to create a custom client for me, Possibly one like Classics!

I have been using OTC Client for too long, time to upgrade... I don't have any skills editing clients so I would prefer to pay someone with decent skills, I will post this in jobs once I can get some prices!
