Ideas For Real Map?

Hello, I just wanted to know what are some good ideas for a real map server? I came up with a few here.

Custom Cities / Islands
Custom Spells / Weapons


But, the main question is should i do Rookguard or not? I want to see the outcome here.

In my opinion, Jimi Hendrix.. A real tibia server, should not contain custom parts.
It should be a slight copy from official Tibia. Else, if you want a customized server. Make a custom map as well!

I think you should add some hidden quests. (Custom) That's all.. and skip rook, it's just lame.
