That looks fine to me :) like the shading on the top left corner (shiny) look to it. However the rest seems to go for a dull/matte look and if the item was shiny it wouldn't have the "matte" finish and vice versa.

But a major improvment yes! A tiny edit and that can be a lovely shield (although doesn't seem "aggressive" enough)

Looks more like a shield now :D Good job! Though not sure about the yellow try to use the gold shades - yellowy/orangey blended colour shades or use a grey metally colour :D

But nice!
 
Not bad, but you shouldn't use black lines in the sprite, only as outlines.

It looks good, and I agree, maybe you should give the breast part a little depth.
Quick example: Untitled.png
That way you devide it in 3 parts and it's easier to shade.
Good job btw, getting better and better. :D
