You might need to add more information about your server. It should also contain what you require of the applicants, more than "creativity".

Take a look at other threads and look what they do.

More information I started my project its RPG - custom server with it's own map more like RL but it's not so if someone know Linux and little bit of scripting u can leave message here or on the server if anyone are interested to doing big server just log on and i will write back only one thing is 8.6 all-so create account if anybody like to look at server.
