To make a GM if u using MYSQL log in your phpmyadmin localhost/phpmyadmin

Then go tp players table and edit his Groub_Id to 6
Same for accounts to his account and set his groub ID to 6

If u dont have MYSQL or have it but it's hard for me u can use this GM command to make ur friend a GM

/promote PlayerName

But the first GM or admin u have to make it form the phpmyadmin if u using MY SQL
