Import OTBM 11-- to assets 12++

I've made a map under 10.98 years ago and I wish to use few parts of it but GitHub - opentibiabr/remeres-map-editor: Remere's Map Editor (https://github.com/opentibiabr/remeres-map-editor) with assets from 13.40 completly mixed it up.
