It is fine if someone is offering a service like scripting, setting up servers etc.
However it is not allowed to sell premade scripts like events which would not require any work on your end or which might be made by others. You can report those kinds of threads if you see them.

Well thats true and I think a part of that is wrong, its allowed to ask someone to script a thing but its not allowed to buy the EXACT same script if the scripted created it without you actually asking him to.
