Is it easy to open a server for myself and give myself TC?

I want to open a server just for myself in order to practice house decoration. I would like to give myself TC so I can buy items from the store.

• Are the newest versions available?

There is 1 problem: TFS does not have in-game store, so you cannot buy items from it.

You can always create 'GOD' character (account type = 6, player group_id = 6 in database) and create any item with command /i ID or /i item name (less precise, as there are many with same name).

Newest TFS is 13.10 protocol.

No These instructions are for TFS 1.4, which is 10.98 protocol. They are 3+ years old and do not work with newest TFS anymore.
