Is it possible to edit sprites in Tibia 12.x?

Hi

Is it possible to edit sprites in Tibia 12.x? (Real Tibia)
So the sprites are located in the Tibia/assets folder and they use .bmp.lzma file extension.
Is there a way to export them into BMP and then edit them in photoshop/paint, save them as .bmp.lzma again and then play with them in Tibia?

I remember in the old days it was possible to just edit the Tibia.spr file and have custom items, use old sprites, etc...

is this even possible in real Tibia these days or will Tibia/BattlEye block it? Has anyone tried?

Sadly, nothing else existing that I've herd of. The Advanced stuff are for lower clients such as 10.98 and below
