Is it possible to reduce animation frames?

I was thinking if it's possible to reduce from 8 animation frames (newer tibia versions) to the old 4 animation frames (9.86 or older versions) when a player/npc/creature is walking?

Well, some looktypes still have a 4-frame walk animations.
Just fool around with some editors.
