It's possible add a counter or something?

It's possible to add a condition on cast spell? for exemple I cast an exori then i add 20 seconds and every 1 second the counter substract 1 second, and if the player is trying to cast exori some text will appear "saying you need to wait 18 seconds for cast exori again" for exemple.

I'm using an eldinworld 8.1 and forggoten server 8.1, thanks in advance

I would think that would be spell exhaust. If you use a spell then try to use it again right away generally it says you are exhausted and it will say this every time you try to use it until the set amount of time passes.

you can set exhaustion from spells.xml look for the spell you want then find exhaustion and then you can set the amount of time they have to wait.
