I'm here to report the case of @arthas.eu and @kostas136, a known scammer from OTLand, he are known to be paying stupid jobs but he is always doing chargeback to everything.

I made a trade with him the other day (2 days ago) my 10 euro for his 100k on medivia legacy server. And since it was only 10 euro i trusted it cause 10 euro you earn in less then a hour. But after i sended the 10 euro never hear from him anymore;p poor kids nowadaysXD
 
it's really funny that paypal still favor scammers more than fair people.
it's like paypal are completely unaware what kind of people exist.
