Haven't seen this usable file for some time so here it is again!

Can patch 32 bit executables to 64 bit.
(like tfs.exe)

it is a program that enables/disables Large Address Aware (LAA) Support to some executable, in other words: it make some people able to run big maps into 32 bits windows since tfs will not be stuck to 2gb anymore
