Windows lal when a players dead get back to level 1 :o

hello guys:
my own ot is 8.54 SQl it works good but i have got 1 problem about death when any player dies it gets back to level 1 with or without the bless so i need any help here

and the help with explaining please cuz iam not a professional thanks

loss_experience in SQL-> PHPMYADMIN in 100000
try goto phpmyadmin and use this query

UPDATE players SET loss_experience = 100;
