Yea as Cake said, assist, when you helped to down an enemy but didnt take last hit so u got the kill =P

Click somewhere in middle of everything to activate window
Press this with the arrow keys in the correct way:
UP
DOWN
LEFT
RIGHT

And you will be able to see it changed from "BUSY!" to "ONLINE!"
