Edit: I enabled it through my firewall, and turned off my UAC yet it still won't allow me to play <_<

Hmmm, I've been looking at other posts.

They said you can write a ticket support to the tech support team, maybe they can help you further.
Another one is you can click "Repair" in the launcher.
And last one I saw was restarting the computer.

Have you experienced this before? Could it be a result of the patch?

I was able to play last night,tryed to get on today and wouldn't work. I restarted my computer, enabled it through firewall, turned off my UAC, and repaired LoL

write ticket but u can only use 3 refunds /lifetime

its stupid to do that on champions and not skins for free rp instead

Try restarting your computer. If it does not work, reinstall LoL i had this issue like 1 year ago.. it was so annoying i dunno how i removed it but i reinstalled LoL..
