i kinda like ashe a lot, i solod a garen from full hp, to him being revived cuz of armor, and killd him again :D ( i had like 200 mana and 500 hp when we initiated battle)

love her slowing attacks + some good crits (had only zeals cuz was somewhat early game, was lv 9 :p)

There is no better char... All are balanced. Also i think there is no op char at the moment.. Vlad not op.. Force of nature or banshees and he is poop.. Garen hmm.. I somehow cant go 30/0 on him but probably cuz i dont have the runes. Only char right now i go average 20 kills on EVERY single game even if defeat is akali (cuz its my main)

Magic Pen Shoes + Mejai Soulstealer + Guinsoo Rageblade + Rylais Scepter + SHEEN/LichBane + Zhonya Ring? =P

notice "imo", I think akali is better. katarina is too easy to counter.

OP basicly means a char which has no counters - or who can counter everyone easily.
Right now there is garen + vlad as OP - yes a force of nature might stop vlad but then abyssal sceptre/void staff will stop you.
kennen + amumu is also OP (by the community) due to several stun-chains which can screw the whole team.

I would buy mercury threads for akali, & then Sheen, Guinsoo rageblade, hextech gunblade, rylai's scepter, upgrade sheen to trinity force. (order might be wrong, although rageblade should be first... always)

well these are just core items i would get
if you happen to have a 4 physical 1 cc'er then i would get ninja tabi ofc.
the 6th item (if you manage so far) should be some sort of survival item, unless you really need more burst.

getting trinity force before hextech gunblade in heavy cc enemy teams are good aswell

ashe + kennen + yi or good dps at endgame after lv 18 = Dude, we just got raped WTFZ?!

stuns+freezes+good dmg+ they cannot and WILLNOT escape= free exp D:<
