I was like "O_O" when I saw '3D' but then I was like "-.-" since it's just related to those 3D glasses..

At least the client has been patched for some reason.

Early game - Miss Fortune
Mid game - Graves
Late game - Vayne, Tristana, or Kog'maw
With a 5man premade with good CC and communication - Ashe
Decent at all periods of the game - Sivir (Doesn't shine in any period of the game)

It depends on the supports you bring, though.

Farm with Q early, you win every lane because of your burst, Q + Ulti + Speed + Auto attack = Win
Just farm until you have 300 creeps then win the game.
Remember your charge can go through walls (nidalee jump).
Btw smoke is op
