I got banned like 7-9times before getting perma banned, and that was from the Tribunal. And now im getting a second chance

No need. Just write anything, they are giving the people that got perma banned another chance. But people that get perma banned recently is not going to get unbanned and such

I understand this may seem like a harsh punishment, but the Tribunal gives you multiple opportunities to improve your behavior prior to this final decision. While the Tribunal is a community assisted system, a Riot employee did review your case before approving this suspension.

Our goal is to create a positive and healthy gaming environment for our players, and we use the Tribunal to help enforce our Summoner’s Code and our Terms of Use. We prefer to allow our players a chance to reform so we have given you warnings and temporary suspensions. However, after continued appearances in the Tribunal we made the decision to prevent this account from further negatively impacting other users.

I know playing in a competitive environment can bring out strong negative emotions. However, ultimately, you are responsible for your account’s actions. I’m sorry this was the outcome, but it was a necessary decision to maintain a positive gaming environment.

Yes, they usually say that but try writing again and asking for one last chance, they will probably reply and give you a chance ^^
 
Just played a game and they aced us, pushed to our nexus then we respawned and killed 2 of them(they were 3) our nexus had like 80% hp then we pushed to their nexus when all of the sudden we see xin going for ours. I was like 'omg noooooooooooo' our blitz recalled and rushed to xin and killed him when our nexus had 20 hp left and we finished :D

Before we begin, I want to ask you, and hope for an honest answer:

When you review the Summoner's Code:

Do you honestly feel that your behavior reflects the Code? After some consideration are there any aspects of your gameplay that you think may betray the code and lead players to want to report you?

Let's be real about this. I'm not here to judge you, banning people who love our game permanently is probably the least favorite part of the job. But if a player can't reform, can't remove the toxicity, it leaves us with little choice.

They say it to everyone :p
They always give you a 1/chance revival when you're perma banned ^^

Also for those that don't know you can ask support to refund upto a total of 3 champions & they will do it for you no questions asked, tell them the 3 champions & they'll give you the IP or RP back that you paid for them with & refund the skins if any.

Only 3 Champions & after that they'll say they wont refund anymore.

But how come that I didnt get unbanned when I asked first time if they give everyone 1 unbann? =P

They've given both me & a friend an unban, mine was ages ago though, a friend of mine more recent, they said more or less the same thing to us.

We were most likely banned for talkin smack though, and "deeply apologized" for it in our letters :D

Yeap, my perma ban was only after like 3 bans, where my friends been banned like 234234 times.

My perma ban i just wrote something along the lines of "I am deeply sorry, i have spent many hours on this account & sometimes i do get alittle mad when i lose, please would you give me another chance, i will really try my best to not use harsh language or harass others blah blah" got unbanned.

Just told my friend to right something along the same lines.

Yes I wrote something like that too, that I changed and stopped flame etc. ^^ I hope they unbann me :( if not? should I keep send tickets till they do? XD

You must be unlucky then, i had like 6 bans already the last one 30 days so next one is perm, luckly i keep myself calmed which is very difficult sometimes
 
Just tested Diana on PBE,She is more OP than darius Guess she'll get banned @ranked.

you lose 25~ elo every 4 weeks that you dont played rank, until you're down to 1400 then you don't lose more elo.

Edit; sry it was answered already, was checking 3 pages of this thread that I haven't read.. my bad
