Legal Question...

Ok so i ordered a dedicated server awhile back.. paid 2 months on it, then I stopped paying and using it...well I never cancelled that ho, so its still fuckin on aparently. They haven't contacted me or cancelled it.. (they are suppose to give you 4 days until they shut it off, its been 2 months) I logged in the account and I have 2 outstanding amounts for a total of 400~ bucks. But they don't have any way to charge me. They have my real name but no SS# or real address or anything.

Should I...

A) call them and cancel
B) exploit it?

Please note that we reserve the right to disconnect your server
if you do not clear the balance and fail to reply to this email.
Once your server has been disconnected, it costs you 25.00 USD to
re-connect.
The server will be re-connected only after we receive the payment.

seems like they should be doing something, not me ;p

Call them and cancel ofcourse or you're getting a shitload of crap on your sandwich in a few months
