Why not implent custom items in monsters instead of donation items if you dont care about money?

sword
hammer
wand
bow

all these on a hard quest ( the weps can hit 500?) and..

this server is fast attack btw.

Yes because its so obvious you are putting them back if players start playing, + U type like u are 12 (No offence) but it looks just "shitty"

You don't need a dedicated server for 20 players.
