The legendary red dragon claw never existed. I bug-fixed it before the 3.0 update but never fixed it because I updated the wrong file. I never decided it should be fixed because the quest was a stub anyway. It's fixed now, the text and all, the item never has existed and never will, but now the quest is possible.
