Light effect

Hi

I would like to have a constant light effect around the character(should only be visible when its getting darker). Like if you use a Frozen starlight or a torch, but not that big area as a torch.
Im planning to have my light to constant 25 or 40% on the server. So it will be a bit more rpg'ish

And should be able to change colours by doing some misions/quests..
Add color if storage is (...) or smthing?
