Looking for a good realmap server 10.96 or 11 to download

Hello. I'm looking for a realmap server datapack that is almost okey to host. If there are some bugs that I need to fix I can do that but I just wonder If you know any datafolder here on otland that I can download.

I found those but there will be some updates I think because none of them are 10.96 or 11. I guess there are new maps, items and more in 10.96 or 11? Sorry I haven't read so much on tibia.com yet about updates.

No one will give you full 10.96 datapack for free, you have to work and update it yourself.
You can download some br datapack but they are bugged and requires a lot of work
