Looking for experienced programmer (to get new bytes)

I'm needing to get some new bytes from the cip client. I have some functions that need to be updated with these new bytes.

I'm also looking for someone to teach me how to get/read new bytes/structure so that I can make my systems myself later.

I have one tool here (sniffer) but I dont know read the bytes to make structs, if someone there know...
