Probably a scam... 15623KB/s = 150mbit, not 24mbit... and unless you have a Gigabit connection(which is thousands of dollars btw), 150mbit is just not possible...
 
There's nothing called .number - speed starting from 256KB, 512 KB, and then goes directly numbers, like 1 - 2 - 3 -4.

i made an speedtest on my girlfriends computer 1-mb wireless connection

Yee, first person who understand somthing about internet, i always learned me that Megabyte stand for 1000kb
So if i have 15Mb internet i have 15000KB internet speed, Not 150Mb.
i cant do speedtest atm, iam not home
But you can look them above.
 
one from speedtest.net
is the best..
and i think yours connection is verri bad..
