I don't get it - you said that you cared so much about the server because you wanted to sell it for a higher price? wut wut?
Dude, go troll somewhere else, though I'll explain you.
"I just want to get rid of this and whatever the next owner will do, its his choice" - this clearly states that you just want the cash
No, my statements says I won't investigate actions taken by next owner. He will buy it and do whatever he wants with it. That's pretty clear. Would you want me to tell you how to eat a sandwich after buying one from me? If you wouldn't eat it from left side I would punch you in the face, for example. Would that be fine? You paid, you do whatever you want.
And some word about "get rid" - I could sell the server to several people, but that would take much more time and then I would need to care aren't they sharing it, as other buyers could get mad, because they had to buy it and a dude X gets it for free.
"Red, the price isn't in thousands. It all depends on a good will. The better I know person the lower price I will accept. " - wtf? i would never buy it cuz i dont know you and that'd make the price way higher it seems, WAAAAAAAT
I know OtLand pretty well and I know who is a troll and who is a man. For example, if I would want $10 for it, to Red I could sell for $5 and a deal like "you pay me $1 each month for next 5 months", because I know that he won't "disappear" after a month.
I'm sorry if I offended you, it was not my intention. I would gladly take and accept the possible punishment for my post if a moderator decided to issue one. A little tip for the future though, and please do not misinterpret me, this is just friendly and objective advice: you shouldn't really add things at the end of posts which could be interpreted in many different ways, both negative and positive, which could be used as fuel for a new response if you don't want posts which rail away from the original topic, which it ironically did now when I'm giving you this advice.
I also didn't want to offend you, but you should leave me a private message- you are a moderator (not here though) too, you should know. Punishments are not my job.
About my post- it was written under high pressure, I couldn't believe myself I am selling it, therefore I wrote what I wrote. And I won't correct my post, because I want people to see that this offer is not business offer like each other, but a honorary one. To avoid useless offers (though it doesn't help).
Keeping the current offers private is a marketing strategy which can turn out very well for the salesman. I'd be stupid not to try unless you have a lot of good will or whatever. Can also be negative depending on the potential buyers, not seeing an offer you never know what the actual offer is and I guess you could feel betrayed in some sort of way, but simply decide a max offer you are willing to place and place it.
Keeping offers private I want people to place their first, honest offers. Of course I know that potential buyer could pay more than his first offer, but first offer says how much is it worth for the guy telling me somehow how much he will care if you know what I mean. The bigger amount a dude can spend, the bigger (business) plan he has. Saying like "I want 10 bucks" will make everyone to post "I'll pay 12 bucks" but doesn't say anything about the person except fact that he has money and he overbidded last person.
Nope.... I mean all that I explained... Keep it on your hands (to Elf) and add some more people to development team and staff to keep it alive with you behind them
The problem is I don't have time. And I don't want money for nothing. Also I don't trust people that easy in granting access.
