i dontated for 2x vip medals and 1 cyntara cloak .. i logged on .. got the items .. ur serv crashed .. i logged back on and now they have disappeared .. i have transaction history too .. i need help please ?

well that hasnt seemed to help much all i am getting from every1 is "u should of logged out so it saved" but thats kinda hard when i logged in and serv crashed like 2 secs later..and im quite sure that u cant even log out when it is crashin.. so any help would be nice..
