Magic Effects and Text Colors HELP!

So, I've been scanning through the forums and threads for a list of all the CONST_ME_MAGIC_EFFECT blaha blaha and SEND_TEXT_COLORs but i can't find the lists anywhere, i know there used to be lists and there probably is somewhere but darnit, can we please have a sticky with them and or if there is something similiar to a sticky please point me to it!

Dude, Check global.lua OR the Lib directory in 01-constants.lua
All of them exists there.
