Mailbox system don't working on TFS 3777

My parcel system isn't working on TFS 8.60 rev 3777.
You send the parcel and its all okay, the parcel disappears, but never lefts on your depot locker, all is configured afaik, towns in RME, depot lockers towns, etc.
