Windows Making a server.

I had a lot of trouble finding a Youtube video or a guide on Google and on this website.
I downloaded a server but i still can't make a account for it since there was no tutorial for the server.

Anyone that could help me? I'm very excited to start programming since i know the basic LUA.

Also.. Sorry for the bad title. I don't know how to change either.

I tried that before and i had some struggle with the uniform server. I got a error so i googled it ofcourse and found no solution so i'm trying this at the moment http://otland.net/threads/your-first-open-tibia-server.140934/#post1357337. I solved a problem and it might work, but thanks anyways.
