Compiling Map Convert

Someone know how to convert map to another version ? Or mayby someone can open and edit this map ?
I try to use all spr/dat files in the internet and i cant open it.

yes but i still see black screen and I cant do nothing, also when I try to do new map i cant do nothing so probably is something with my rme ... but what ?
