It has gotten attention by many users that the person M4CIN continues to be xenophobic in the community and also harasses everyone he cans, there are multiple complains about this guy in the forums and it seems that the administration does not see what he's been doing.
I have been harassed by this guy in private messages many times, and even in the forums for months, won't stop bringing my name every time he can and also his friends come before him doing so as well with spamming and insulting, aka MC Kresha (the rest just go around giving him likes to fill his ego)
Although the harassment towards me is not the point here, but the point that he's rude towards other users, and even posted a monkey gif when talking about Brazillians, this person has been banned in multiple Discord servers for this very reason, just read his posts, can't the mods see that he's just trouble ? Always trying to get a reaction from people.
Also, if you read his signature, you can see that's basically advertisement, he's stating "I" am selling TVP in the forums, isn't this considered advertisement?
TL;DR:
Many people are tired of this guy and him getting away with the way he treats community members, just read posts in the community.
I’m not sure if you intended to, but your post could easily come across as rude here. Gesior is one of the most helpful members in the history of Open Tibia. He has always been committed to helping others and...
e comparison isn't quite apples to apples.
Launcher vs Game Engine: A launcher is a native desktop application that needs to handle system-level operations (file management, updates, process spawning). For that use case, Tauri/Rust provides a smaller binary, better memory footprint, and native performance - all important for something that runs alongside your game. Electron bundles an entire Chromium instance just to show a download button.
Why Node.js for the server? Because for a game server...

It really isn't, you compile it like you would compile TFS 1.2.
There is nothing special about this engine, and if anything, it is hand-rolled.
You don't really have to make any changes, just use the correct lib version.
Anyway, if you want to take credit for what you did, be an example and open a pull request like a normal, healthy person, please, and I'll review it.

Even frontend is pure JS instead of Wasm. It really is ironic...
