afaik elf has it in a TODO list under stuff he has to work on. Actually, I think he already has it working on his personal server, just not TFS.
But I would imagine they would at least finish the items.orb first :/

I doubt it will be added anytime soon, if at all. He will probably sell it (like his war system).

He's working for free, he ain't makin' a dime.
It didn't cost much for a war system, I doubt it will cost much for a market system either.
