Mass editing muilitple .lua files

I want to change all of the boat NPCS to charge 0 dollars for travel. Is there an easier way to do this other then changing every NPC individually? Or is there some hidden turn off money travel option somewhere?

You could use Notepad++ and then replace strings in "all files", in the selected path.

Don't know which version you are using, but on my servers default LUA files, I had a function calculating the discount which were used almost everywhere.
I just changed the return value from the discount to the actual cost, resulting in 0 cost for travelling.
